Spinach - Mustard Leaves with Indian flat wheat bread in Saturday Dinner

Because this dish takes longer to cook and requires a lot of labor it's more like an achievement to eat this 
and it's prepared in bulk so we can have it as leftover at least for a week or so and along with it will have the Indian flat wheat bread and salad of tomatoes, onions and radish.

Sounds delicious. I started out trying to make corn chowder but it became clam chowder because clam chowder expiration date was earliest. Apple salad too.

Yes it's staple and many others prefer rice too at least once a day or twice but we eat rice once or twice a week
