Will this type of rose bloom again at Solitaire?

In an earlier post I wrote about flowers and fruits that have disappeared from my garden and this lovely rose was one of them. I have the plant and I know why I do not see such a size again. It is only because I did not take care of it. Roses need pampering.
Do you devotedly take care of your plants? Have you killed any plants?

Oh! Roses need a lot of pampering. I have seen that with all that I have in my garden. If you pamper them again, they will show the results back. That's a lovely flower.

@allknowing I can understand. Even in my limited space, I find that gardening takes a lot of my time.
