Good morning from this side of the planet. 
It's 11:20 AM and in other 20 minutes, I have to be online interviewing someone as a school counselor. This guest speaker conducted a webinar for us yesterday and there was another speaker in the afternoon who made us do a lot of movement and exercises. And we sweated and had fun
Now today is the questionnaire session. It is more like an interview and I have made a list of questions to put up. These are questions that parents and teachers have sent through chat box. And yesterday I kept making notes of their talk to make a few from my side.
I have known these two speakers- one an Anthroposophical medical practitioner and other a movement therapist for several years. And have even worked with them earlier as a parent and educator. And it was me who suggested their names to the school for a webinar for parents and teachers. And I am happy that there was an overwhelming response from audience and a good number of participation
I am fresh after a good workout of aerobic dance on some Bollywood numbers, a hot shower and an yummy breakfastAnd since I will be online on video, I am wearing a nice elegant saree and looking fresh
This session will last for two hours and then we have a break of two hours for lunch and then the last session of two hours.

We worked a lot since beginning of the month to make it happen. Well, moving to online platform is a steep learning for all. But good that we could make it. And it gave a sense of accomplishment. Good that we got a holiday today. We badly needed it. Everyone was so tired

@allknowing I had to learn it to keep up with my job. And I don't enjoy it much. Nothing beats a physical class and a live interaction.

Have you heard them? They have a catchy beat especially the dance numbers. I had fun sweating. It was a good change for the regular exercise that I do.
