It is 9:41, and its lightening, thundering and pouring down rain. I can see lightrning flashes through my curtains. It's somewhat warm weather and that's not a good sign. Could be really bad weather. The wind is somewhat high. Don't know if I'll sleep in my room tonight, I have really large windows, and a good many trees surrounds us. Well, nothing to do now, but try and take cat naps..My female cat is somewhere hiding she don't like noisy weather. Dennis is in the room with me, bad weather don't seem to phase him. Have a goodnight Mylot.

It's nice and quiet here. We need rain so bad.
Good to know my cat Chilly isn't the only one afraid of thunder storms (though he's improved so much)

@popciclecold That's a good thing. I don't know what gave Chilly the fear in the first place, but he has it now. I just deal with it. He's improved so much, though. When we first got him, the shower would send him under the bed.

It sounds like a time to be inside because I would not want to be out in that weather. I can understand why she does not like noisy weather. Cats have better hearing than we do and hear so much and noise does bother them. Who is Dennis?

Take care! Be safe. We got rainy weather too that already caused flooding at parts of Oahu. It's going to stuck around till about Wednesday weather reports say. Hope weather improves for us!

I hope it does improve for you all. We live on the high side. Once it rained so hard, our neighbors across from us on the low side. They had to be rescued by boat.

Nature sure is strong. Rain is just water, but it can do so much. Hope your neighbors are ok now? Rain has stopped, and, early news says it'll turn sunny from now. What a relief.
