With apologies to anyone named Karen...
My son took the car down to Taco Bell and ordered a crunch wrap. He didn't want to drive home and eat it, he wanted it hot. So he was sitting in the car eating it when an employee (who he knew) came out and said that a lady in the drive through had complained that he was eating in the parking lot. A few minutes later, the lady drove by the car and told him he shouldn't be eating there.
Now, maybe I missed something, but with dining rooms shut, is there some rule that you can't eat your food in your car? Or was this lady a little bit out of her mind?

She was being a real Witch, replace the W with a B. Once a year, my husband and I drive down to Port Orange to view the fireworks. We leave early enough to order from the Mc Donolds a few blocks from where we view them. Park in the parking lot, facing the street, and eat our meal in the van. I see nothing wrong with it.

Same here. Hell, George says that one of the restaurants we used to stop at when we lived in South Daytona actually had parking set up designed for wait staff to come out on roller skates and serve you in your car. We never did that, but a person could. @dawnald

@hereandthere Hm, he didn't tell me. I'm guessing they said they couldn't do anything about a person eating in their car...

I've only done to hear the term Karen for complainers this year and she doesn't quite for the bill or does she? Whichever, she was up a creek without any paddle. I wonder whether the employee bothered to tell her that he wasn't breaking any rules or laws.

Could someone explain to me who the original Karen was? And what was she complaining about?

It's not her car, but your car to begin with. It's not even out in the parking lot.
