What Is Wrong In This Photo

As of today, I heard that we are going to be under GCQ starting next week. Do you know what had happened? It is because our city mayor allowed to have a celebrity party in a hotel here. This is so disappointing. He is not following the health protocol. Check this photo. He, the celebrity, and his wife were so inconsiderate. How can we be free with this virus if he cannot even do it? Is it Tim Yap's party or someone else?

@Shavkat We are put in lockdowns and I do not see that it helps because so many do not wear masks. So, how can bring down the numbers and get back to whatever normal will be if people do not cooperate. It is very sad that they do not want to help but go their own ways and do what they want and do not care.

@Shavkat The sad thing is you cannot change people. They will either do what they want or follow others and not always do the right thing.

@Shavkat that's the gap between the rich and the poor. Rich people can do the party while the poor can be jailed while refusing the protocol for covid.

That is bad role modeling for sure. The mayor of a nearby city has Covid, but I think he is generally pretty conscientous about wearing his mask. He is probably dealing with the public alot though.

The update about him is he submitted to the country's president. As expected, the president did not accept it. Well, I hate politics.

It is bad perhaps they were thinking that their beauty would be hidden under the mask and that is more important than virus itself.

@Shavkat People follow the celebrities. There is a big responsibility on these people. An exemplary punishment should be meted to these people so that common man understand the importance of social responsibility.

Heads of countries should be setting the example. They can't expect their countrymen to follow guidelines if they themselves ignore them.

Oh but don't you know the COVID virus makes exceptions for "special people"? I have heard politicians getting on television and apologizing for "breaking their own health and saefty rules". As if!! As if the apology makes it better or writes it off!
