I asked for a help to one of my officemate she is working for 3years in the company. I made a mistake that's why i asked her to help me. Then she said why i didn't do, then i said i don't know how to process, then she's mad at me and said I'm a hard headed, then i said i really don't know how to process then she said for get it. sometimes i feel like she's tired to answer my question but i need to asked. She said to me asked to other:( sad. Well that's my bad day, how are you, i hope all of you are safe.

Yeah i think she's luck of understanding because if i know the process i will never asked her, I'm not a hard headed it's just i don't know I'm just a beginner that's why i asked for a help, i tried not to asked her. Maybe she don't want to disturb.

It's hard to asked to my team the one ignored me and this girl said I'm a hard headed, it's hurt now i avoid to asked her she's not nice, good thing the girl to the other group help me and explained the process she's nice to me.

Whatever that you don't know, ask someone else. Always carry a notebook with you so you can write down whatever they tell you. Then you only need to refer the book. Just let her be. There's more people in the company right?
