Well, as promised, here is the yarn I've been waiting for
I chose to receive it in a plastic mailer instead of a box because the mailer was recycled material. It was also cheaper.
The yarn looked different on the video reveal I watched. This is nice, but it's not necessarily a color I would pick out. Even my photo here makes it look a little lighter than it truly is. It's not bad, it's just a little more gray than I would like.
There's enough here to make a beanie or something like that. I don't know how to crochet from a hank so I will have to figure out where the starting strand is.

I will post it here when it is done. I am working on a pillow case at the moment, but will make a cowl or ear warmers from the yarn pictured here.

This came from a subscription box that does not give you a choice in the yarn. You can choose color schemes but not the exact color. I watched a reveal video and the woman held this up to the camera. It looked brighter in the video.

It's sort of growing on me. I am a little bummed that it wasn't as bright as I expected it to be but even the lady on the video mentioned everyone's monitor is different.

It is very soothing. The theme of the box was "Shadows".
I was able to pick what color tone I liked best. Everyone gets a different yarn depending on what they picked.

@thelme55 I think probably a cowl or ear warmers. The package comes with two patterns but I do not think I will follow them.

@prinzcy Our mail service has been backed up for awhile, but it wasn't the united states postal mail that was the problem this time. It was partially the suppliers fault.

Can't say that I have. Honestly, I'd have to say.... not since I last ordered for amazon. Though last week I finally got the doubble-sided spatula that a friend of mine sent me.

I used to rewind the hanks into a ball before I began. No happy mail. I did receive 2 bras in the mail yesterday. lololol

I watched a video yesterday that showed me how to unwind it and the rewind it. I need to buy myself a few new bras. There's been a few commercials that have caught my eye for brands I'd like to try.
