Do you have a hobby, and if you do, what is your favorite?

It seems there was a discussion on this recently,but not sure how many people actually saw it. I guess traveling,,,if you call it that, would be my favorite but obviously with the pandemic Iam not doing much now. I also like cooking, reading, movies and paint by number. I am not really artistic enough to create my own. Anyway, what do you like to do in your spare time? Do you collect? Has the pandemic impacted your hobby?

It shouldn't come as a surprise that my favorite hobby is reading...
Then crocheting
and of course I write. I wouldn't call that a hobby though because it's more of a career for me.
I want to get into Polymer Clay though.

I love pottery on the wheel...but it is kind of an expensive hobby. I had a roommate who was an art manager who intoduced me to it. I took a recreational class in it one time, but I got so intimidated by the instructor I quit after one or two classes...wasted my money...that was stupid of me. I should have demanded a refund.

@snowy22315 I did that with the french class. I should have asked for a partial refund if nothing else.
The shop I get my favorite soap from also does pottery and it's amazing. That takes a lot of concentration and a steady hand.

@ScribbledAdNauseum You really have to use a fair amount of pressure to create what you want. Maybe if I ever get rich I will get a potters wheel, and watch youtube videos for instruction.

"computers" is considered my "hoby", or anything tech-related. But, if I'm making an income on it (no matter how little it maybe) is it really a "hobby" or "work....hmmmm.....

@snowy22315 I can be the same way. I view Mylot as my job, because I'm getting paid for it. Yes, I love talking to all of you. I can get lost in conversations. I don't view that as a bad thing. However, the payouts do help with my subscription bills. So, that's a nice bonus.

I enjoy sports. I was pickleball a couple of years ago, and like tennis, and yoga..actually all racquet sports, but I haven't played any of them for years. Nobody wants to do anything around here, except boat and play pickleball, or do a bit of yoga. I tried to find someone to play tennis with.

I love watching. Watching movies, videos on youtube, etc. I also love reading. Reading books, novels, articles, journal, even reading a chat from my friends lol. And the last, love being online. I like scrolling my social media's timeline and replyingmy friends' post.

I enjoy cooking, reading, writing (though haven't written poetry, lyrics, or prose in a while), traveling, watching movies and TV shows, doing jigsaw puzzles, taking photos, among other things. Guess these would be considered as hobbies.

I have done simple various crafts with the kids at VBS in years gone by. I have done some needlepoint. And I enjoy reading.
Mike and I both enjoy hiking and traveling though with being needed more in the past few years to help with his parents we haven't been.

I like Sudoku, but I am not very good at it. It has to be pretty basic for me to get it. The more complex puzzles just frustrate me. I guess it is like anything else though, the more you practice, the better you get.

My favourite hobby is
Riding my motorbikes.
Next would be watching football.
After that, cooking and eating
Maybe a bit of gardening.
And Mylot, I consider this a hobby too

MyLot as a hobby...hmmm. maybe. However, if we weren't being paid(such as it is), I don't think any of us would actually be here.

But its not really pay so to me it's a hobby.
Then again, maybe it's not

My hobbies are reading, crocheting and watching TV (,don't know if you would call watching TV a hobby). The pandemic has kept me out of Hobby Lobby which is my favorite store.so ive been ordering yarn online.

I think watching TV is a past time. I would go to Hobby Lobby is I was that interested in going. I don't let the pandemic keep me from shopping.
