I dont know the English equivalent but it is when the rain is drizzling the whole day as opposed to downpour which is quick and immediately over. I believe it is termed so because some people cant go out and about earning for daily living or perhaps farming or fishing. Good thing I have cooked some Filipino fish soup/stew where I made do with what is available which are tomatoes and some sweet potato tops I picked in the garden. This we be perfect for lunch for me and my daughter. If partner, comes home he can eat too.

That's one of the good things when we have a garden. We can have have vegetables for free. I am also planning to start planting as we just moved in to our new place.

Sweet potatoes are very easy to propagate. But mine has worms eating them so I wasnt able to harvest a lot. Good luck on your garden project.

How envious! I love how you're able to cook something just from your own garden.
