Canceled My IPad

Yes, I canceled my iPad order as it is more than 2 months now that I am waiting for it. My son and I are checking where he can order online. Though there are some online shops here I have noticed that they don´t deliver it at home. I can collect it in the shop but only the food supermarkets, drugstores and pharmacies are open now due to our lockdown.
I want to order on Saturn, the shop where we can order a lot of technical things and more but I have read a lot of negative comments that they were not able to get their orders, too. I am sure this is due to the pandemic.
I am already looking forward to my new gadget because I will be able to use the Netflix account of my son.
Have you ordered something lately and canceled it?

I did cancel an order of Zetia, because I accidentally ordered two cases and only needed one!

I never had to cancel something. Have you thought of ordering it from amazon and it would come right to your homemno need to leave

@thelme55 I hope you find a sale price for it soon. Also maybe try Walmart online sometimes they are cheaper than in store.

I'm sorry that you are having to cancel and find another place to buy the Ipad. I hope you can find a reputable place soon. The last thing I ordered and worried about was my surge protector but it finally got here.

Most of my orders arrive sooner than expected but I've only ordered from Amazon or a foot wear storr online. Can you order from apple directly or is that too expensive? Do they do amazon there at all?

Yes, I can order from Apple directly @MarshaMusselman. I have not thoroughly check it yet. We also have Amazon here. I am still checking as I check reviews, too before I order. Thank you.

I'm sorry you had to cancel your order. Two months seems a bit long for them not to have sent it to you. Everything we have ordered lately has come within a week or so.
Hope you can find another place who can send you what you are looking for.

I don't really understand why a person needs an IPad---don't you have a phone and a PC???

I didn´t understand that before until I got my own although I bought it 2nd hand. It is no longer updating. I only use my phone to call someone, texting or taking photos. We have a PC but I can´t stay in front of the computer for so long as I get a stiff neck. Thanks, @GreatMartin.

i have canceled many things over the years. It gets frustrating. I know I am spoiled now by Amazon and their sometimes one day or even same-day delivery!
