Surat Specialty Dish Vegetable Dhokla - Enjoyed it!

Hi guys, Hope you all are doing good. As you know Surat is very popular for different cuisines. Today we had gone outside and had bought vegetables dhokla. It's too yummy. Vegetables Dhokla is stuffed with vegetables and is steamed. It's usp is the masala which is sprinkled on top of it along with a bit of cilantro. Dhokla is a gujarati dish which is eaten as a snack. In Surat, their is this outlet called "Radhe Dhokla" where different types of dhokla are available.

I like dhokla. It is typical Gujarati dish but available every where here in Goa also.
