Go Away, Anxiety.

Hey there, everyone. I ran to Walmart a little while ago with my best friend. I felt a cold coming on last night, so I wasn't sure if I was going anywhere, but I feel better from it today.
In the middle of shopping, my anxiety just went up, and I cannot explain why. It's happened before, including pre-pandemic, and I don't always have an explanation. But that's anxiety. Sometimes there isn't an explanation for it. I continued to shop for what I needed, paid for my stuff and I was happy to get out of there and head home.
Right now, I'm watching The Golden Girls, as it sometimes helps when I'm feeling off or whatnot. I took something for my anxiety too. I'm starting to feel a little better, and hopefully, it stays that way. I want to get some work done before showering and hitting the hay, so I need to be able to focus on it. I usually try to sleep it off, but I'm also trying to avoid that right now.
Anywho, I hope you're all feeling okay, and better than I did earlier. Take care.

The important thing is you did what needed done, despite your anxiety. Sorry you don't know what triggered it.

I've had an anxiety attack many times, it's not fun at all! I'm glad you got home and took something to ward it off.

I feel it too when I go into a busy store and around a crowd. I hope by now your anxiety is better and you were able to get your work done and get some sleep.
