I like to fry up some stir fry beef with soy sauce and teriyaki sauce. Then make a gravy with the grease and pour that over everything. To stay low carb you could just add water to make a sauce.

You like tuna. You can mix the tuna with a can of cream of chicken soup and pour it over the rice.
