The internet cafe owner needs my I.D,why?

Today right after i cooked lunch, Husband and i went to internet cafe for printing a mark sheet. We don't have printer at home with the kind of paper he wants. So while waiting him, I said i want to sit in the computer,so the owner asked my i.d card. My husband said she's a foreigner she doesn't have adhar card yet,so the owner said,oh sorry foreigner will not allow if no I.D. My goodness,it shocks me.. Am i going to put a bomb or virus in the computer?

It is the law, should you send SPAM through their computers, they must prove who used them.
