Elisha Infante is being praised as a person who is the angel that took care of Senior U S Federal District Judge James Nowlin who broke his femur on his left side when he slipped on the icy road on his ranch in Red Rock Texas last month. Since James could not get up to ask for help when he slipped on the ice near a cattle guard when he went to take out the trash on Sunday. Since James did not have his cellphone with him or any relative inside of his home, he was helpless waiting for someone to come to his aid. Elisha Infante who is a delivery driver for Strategic Growth Logistics which is a partner for Amazon Delivery Service just happened to drive by the ranch when she saw the judge plead for help. Elisha stopped to attend the fallen judge by asking her manager what to do since she was on a delivery run at the time of the accident. Her manager told her to take care of the injured man and call 911 to get medical help. An ambulance arrived about 30 minutes later to take the judge to a local hospital where the judge had surgery to repair his injury. James is recovering from his injury after surgery. James is thankful that Elisha did take the time from her busy schedule to assist him during his time of need. I am sure that Elisha's bosses at her work are proud of her for assisting someone in need since a few drivers passed by the ranch and did not offer any assistance to the fallen senior citizen who would have passed away from the cold weather had Elisha did not come to his aid.

Good direction from the Amazon manager to have the man attended to. Cold weather exposure is very serious as you mentioned. Thank goodness Amazon was delivering in his area.

I so glad Elisha was able to help the Judge. Many other people would just drive by.

That is true since Elisha admitted that even while she was taking care of the judge, cars kept passing by.

You are right. I agree with you that the judge was rescued by a delivery driver who was on her delivery route and stopped to assist him.
