There is weird Singaporean or Chinese woman who has sent me tons of biblical texts. And so I asked her what was her religion. She said Christian. Then she started telling me personal stuff like she lost her $850 in the mall.
I blocked her. I found it weird. I did not even message her first. It is sad that some people use God to scam their fellows. Who cares if she lost $850?

I'm sorry... I would have ask her to stop sending me biblical texts after the first one. If she sent me a second one, then I would have blocked her. I try not to get involved with people who think they can convert me to their religion or who try to shove their religion down my throat. I find that to be an assault to my senses.
I blocked someone I had been talking with for a long time when she started trying to convert me to her religion. I asked her why she was doing that, couldn't we talk about other things anymore? She told me of course we could but then sent me more religious sayings and kept asking me if I believed in the things she sent me. I got tired of that very quickly and blocked her. She tracked me down, don't ask me how, and kept sending them to me via email. I threw away that email address. *shake my head*

@Janet357 I have nothing against people who are religious. But I am not religious. (I can talk like I am but prefer not doing that. I get tired of it very quickly. It feels like I am lying when doing that, so I just don't. I try my best not to lie about anything. Not lying has gotten people angry/upset with me on myLot before. *sigh* Please don't misunderstand me. I love to tease people but that isn't the same thing as lying about something.)

@DaddyEvil Hahaha now I know why you chose that nickame, just kidding.
I am a teaser too but I don't do it here because they might misinterpret me. Some people here are very sensitive.

I’d be sorry for her but I wouldn’t give her money either especially when I’m not as familiar with them. I’d really have to trust they person for me to give them money.

@Janet357 not everyone can work, depending where she is at job options might be low. I know where I live tones of people are out of jobs can’t get them because of covid there is limited to how many people can work at a time. Lots are still on skeleton crews. That doesn’t mean there isn’t lots of places higher and trying to get people into work as much as possible as often as possible so they do have a job with money coming in. Can’t say how much they will get but then it’s better then zero money coming in.

I think if I continued talking with her she would. Because it all started with sending me biblical texts. After saying thank you, i asked her what was her religion. She said Christian. Then she started talking about money. that was when i blocked her.

Apparently a lot of gullable people. That's one of the oldest scams in the book.
