It says It's Now Retired

Error occurred when I try to get the sum of the values that I entered in my Excel spreadsheet. I am certain that the formulas were correctly set but no matter how I try to redo my work, I did not get the answer. I found it later that the Excel 2007 version is now retired and I was instructed to upgrade to Microsoft 365.

I'm using Excel for quite a time and I am convenient with it and I hope that I can continue using the same version and no need to upgrade.

@CarolDM Is it free or we have to pay for the software use?

@ZedSmart When I got my new Apple laptop, the software changed. I could download Excel but have gotten used to Numbers and Pages now, instead of Word.

I used 2017. It's working fine until now. Don't know about the future though.

@ZedSmart yes, there is. Also there's the latest 2021 if I'm not mistaken.

They're terminating the version and we should upgrade.

Excel has always been a pain, there are free spreadsheets that you can download and use.

I'll check about that Ms. Anna. They're recommending to move to Windows 10 for reliability and stability.

Vince had trouble with his Excel too a while back, and I think for the same reason.

I think I have to upgrade so that I can still use it.
