Donuts decision

4 donuts for $2.99 or 12 donuts for $3.00? That's the decision I had to make at the supermarket Saturday. I was very tempted to get the box of 12 donuts. It was only a penny more. And I'd get eight more donuts. I thought about it and decided I was gonna get the box of 4. Not a good idea to eat so many donuts. Good thing I did that because I was not a fan of the taste or the freshness. And hubby wasn't either. Weird thing is that I've gotten donuts before at that supermarket and they were much better tasting and fresher too. We usually split donuts evenly, so I'd eat two and he'd eat two. Since they weren't that great hubby told me I can have the third one. Perhaps I should have thrown it out but I decided to have it with coffee.

They were glazed ones. That's the ones I usually get.

I'm sorry they weren't so good. I would have purchased the 12 and frozen some.

I was very tempted but too many carbs to eat them all, even if I would only be eating 6 as hubby would eat the other 6. I doubt that freezing them would've been a good idea.
