A Small Glimpse Into My Life As A Blockhead.

Yes, I said Blockhead lol. New Kids On The Block fans = Blockhead, a play on words. :) Also, I’m going to include a video on this post. But yes, this is a post about my favorite band, New Kids On The Block, so if you’re sick of hearing about them from me, go ahead and hit the back button because I’m posting this regardless lol. I’m going to write about what -or who- makes me happy. ;) So anyway, I post about them a lot, and it sometimes leads to questions about the band, if they’re still together, and so on. The answer is yes, they’re still together. NKOTB broke up in 1994, but they reunited in 2008 and have been going on strong ever since their reunion. I mention past and future concerts often, either talking about when I’ve seen them or hoping that they’ll be able to tour next year (thanks for ruining the 2021 tour season, pandemic). So I thought it might be fun to share a video of one of their recent tours. Actually, it’s from their last tour, which was The Mixtape Tour in 2019. Just to give you an idea of what I’ve seen at their concerts and how much energy they have and bring to each venue. My hope is to score floor seats once it’s safe enough to tour again, as I’ve only seen them from the stands. Now, this is NOT my video. I didn’t take any videos from their 2019 tour. I either snapped pictures, which I’ve shared on here, or I just focused on the show itself. It’s also not from my show. I saw them in Hershey, PA, but I wanted a video that showed their energy, so I thought the one I’m going to attach at the bottom of the post would do. It features a song from the 80s/90s (The Right Stuff) and a newer song from 2013 (Remix). P.S. - The guy wearing the hat is the famous Donnie Wahlberg lol. I’ve mentioned him on here before, mainly on the Gratitude Challenges. And hey, maybe I’ll make this a little “series” - but it’ll only be updated when I have something to say. If you actually watch the video, then enjoy it! If you don’t watch it, then oh well, it’s all good lol. I know it’s not everyone’s cup of tea, so all I ask is that you respect that I’m a huge fan, and please don’t try to rain on my parade. Alrighty, back to work I go!
