Weather Sucks

Due to weather, my husband has had to use the vacation that we had scheduled for June. What is the significance of June, you may ask? Well, in June my best friend...well friend is getting married and I was supposed to be a bridesmaid. Without his vacation though, we're not going anywhere. It sucks but I don't like being blamed for something beyond my control. To make things a little worse. I feel relieved. She went bride-zilla on me and then it's been radio silence for months. So I actually have no idea what's going on with wedding or anything. There is a small chance that we might be able to do a very short turn around trip but I won't know about that for another day or two. Apparently it'll be up to my husband's supervisor. I just don't know. I have this feeling that I'm walking into a disaster lol. If I can go, we'll go but if I can't...well needless to say I'm going to feel horrible and I doubt that she'll let me forget it. I know that I'm probably in the wrong. I've already been told that I'm selfish so let's avoid the bashing please.
