Health benefits of Papaya

India
February 19, 2021 12:36pm CST
Today we ate papaya soon after having breakfast and after having dinner. I like papaya both for its taste and health benefits Papaya contains nutrients - Folate, Vitamin A, Fibre, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Copper, Magnesium, Potassium. Papaya helps to prevent heart diseases, improves digestion, decrease sugar level in body.

Papaya is one of the fruits I like to eat. Sometimes we slice it in small cubes with small cubes of banana and mango and put in ice cubes and some sugar and we have a good and refereshing dessert.

I think all vitamins & nutrients are forms of Vitamin P (that's P for "placebo," but might as well be P for 'Papaya')
