I always fail on a diet, there have been various dietary ways that I follow and do but nothing works, how do you think I can diet and succeed

i don't really diet, i once tried eating only veggies at lunch and i gained 1 kg instead. I think the trick is just eat when you are hungry? but only small portions. Also try to exercise at least 30 minutes a day.

I think everyone has different type of diets tho. But what i did just control my carbohydrates and did daily workout. I was still ate 3 times a day but in small portion tho. It worked for me

I am no go at keeping to diets. Sometimes I think the best way to lose weight is to just eat less of the things you enjoy, maybe trying smaller portions, and no snacking between meals.

I cannot tell you because I also fail on diets. What I am doing right now is to lessen my carbs, eat more fruits and veggies and exercise

everyone can be successful with a diet, you need to see a doctor to consult about what diet is suitable, it will be safer, with a doctor adjust your diet, exercise more regularly and maintain carbohydrate intake

See a dietician cause different things work for different people. I myself upped fibre intake, drank a lot more water, pretty much cut fizzy drinks and threw in skme intermittent fasting.
