Not sure the English name for this, if there's any. Murtabak is stuffed pancake or pan fried bread. It's really famous during fasting month. Murtabak maggi, however, is instant noodles cook like omelet. Basically, you boiled the noodles first. Some just skip this part. Then break 2-3 eggs, add a bit of the instant noodles seasoning, any veggie than you want to add and then then the noodles. Pour them all onto a flat pan. Flip and cook both side until it's well cook. I didn't remember to take a picture though. Sorry about that. But here's another recipe for it.

I did enjoy it. If I remember correctly, you have two different version of martabak. One is sweet right?

Maggi is a Swiss company, I suppose the names come from the fact that you use the Maggi instant noodles.

Yes, I used Maggi instant noodles. Also, maggi or megi is the slang use for instant noodles here. You can buy any brand, yet people would still call it maggi. The formal term for it would be mee segera. It's easier to call it maggi I guess.

@prinzcy Maggi did not produce noodles in the past. Maggi is a family name, the company was founded in Switzerland in 1884 by Julius Maggi.

It's like okonomiyaki as well but use instant noodles and eggs instead of cabbages and batter.
