He had a shot while at Sandy Hook beach (local NJ beach) and wound up getting pulled over and arrested. He blew under the legal alcohol limit which is 0.8 but they still booked him and filed charges. Today the federal court dropped the charges against him because. . . his blood alcohol wasn't even close to 0.08. I have no idea why they arrested him but I'm glad that he got off. What a stupid case.

Didn't a Super Bowl commercial he was in (Jeep, I think?) get dropped because of this DUI charge?

I wonder how many myLotters from non-English speaking countries know what DUI means.

Probably because he was a celeb, and that he blew under the legal limit and they realized they didn't have a case. Had that been a normal person they probably would've been made an example of.

I get why they dropped it. I just don't understand why they brought the case to begin with.

I’ll bet money if you look on eBay or some place the cop who pulled him over put the ticket up for sale.

Glad it was under the limit. Celebrities aren't immune to bad charges from the cops
