Went out for some errands and a nice drive today. The errands went smoothly. Everybody spaced themselves like they were suppose to. Most had on masks.
Coming home I noticed this field of black cows. Looks like it was nap time perhaps. Angus I believe is the type of cow. Yes, the kind that makes really good steaks. But I am not a steak eater, so I prefer to see the cows grazing in the fields.
A beautiful day with sunshine and 70 F temperatures. A big changed from a few days ago with 20 F degrees and ice and snow on the ground.
Enjoying the little things again today. Life is short. I hope you can do the same.

Temps here are a little colder than you're getting... 55 F today and 56 F yesterday. We still have some snowdrifts that haven't gone completely yet but the sunshine is very nice.
The cows look like they are enjoying the sun, too.

What a nice photo, I love cattle! My grandma had a dairy farm, that brought many good memories.

Like sheep, there are plenty of cows here in New Zealand and I was told that the black and white colored cows are for beef meat while the brown ones are for milk.

@CarolDM I rarely eat veal, not because of animals, but I don't have that habit.. my aunt told me that she didn't eat veal until she got married, it was out of her mind (because my grandfather, her father) had cows and she saw them as pets

We've had that drastic if a temperature change before but usually it's going down not up. I'm sure you're enjoying your weather there. Even though it's only in the forties here with a wind-chill maybe ten degrees lower it's still melting the snow and ice and fire that I'm thankful.
I went outside to bring some window wash in the house which will need if it's cold when we do windows again but it doesn't look like will need it.
