I have downloaded yesterday a calorie counter to try and help me control my weight and I kind of regret it a little. I didn’t realise that my favourite foods contains a lot of calories and now I’m hell bent on exercising so I can eat a bar of chocolate. I don’t know how long I’ll last complying to this app.

I tried some methods and they did not work. So now I´m exercizing half an hour in the morning (what I can do) and half in the evening before dinner. And I have cut the portions a bit. I got out some smaller dishes so I don´t feel I´m not eating at all when I serve.

I’m more of the exercise gal than diet gal myself but sometimes when I’m doing 14 hour shifts which starts at 7 in the morning and ends at 9 pm I don’t really have much time for exercise. And sure I walk a lot when I work but I know it’s different from planned and intentional exercise.

@flapiz Then eat a little less. And change those delicious English desserts for natural fruit.

@marguicha Yeah now that I got a blender I am into fruits now and less chocolates. Although sometimes I miss it and give in to indulgence.

It’s all about not eating more than your body can burn. Exercise and diet go hand in hand.

@DianneN Yeah today I caved in and ate whatever I wanted. Feeling a little guilty about it.

I've tried that and didn't last long. It's a hassle to enter what we eat and do each time.
