Oh my!

I’ve done one pole class with a group of friends a few summers ago. Currently not taking a pole class my floor class hits a little bit of everything. Floor, pole and chair. I might in the near future take a pole level 1 glass

@moffittjc it’s good for a good workout since time works maybe muscles. It also helps with self image and loving yourself just as. They are a few big girls in my class. They keep up better then I do.

@ShyBear88 I am part of a large group of guys who tailgate before every home football game at the University of Florida. One year, someone was commenting that our tailgate has everything one could possibly think of, to which one of my drunk buddies replied, "Yeah, but we don't have a stripper pole." So the next season, as a joke, we bought a stripper pole and set it up at the tailgate. You wouldn't believe how many girls flocked to our tailgate because they wanted to try out the stripper pole. Now it's a regular staple at our tailgate, and gets heavily used by randomly passing college girls who want to try it out.

Floor class is a type of work out class. It mixed with floor where you either do dance moves on the floor. Some times you do chair dance or work with a chair or even the pole. Like a striped pole.
