It Was a wonderful Saturday

Today Iren came over to have breakfast at my house. I made scrambled eggs with heavy cream, rye and french bread toast, bacon, and coffee. I got out my insulated carafe and made lots of cups of coffee so we could refill our cups.
A 10 the man who will make my new deck came by for measurement. And we discussed what he will do.
Then Irene and I played 3 games of Scrabble. We decided to out to a favorite restaurant for lunch where I know they have good social distancing. We had a salad each and shared a tapioca pudding, it was sooo good. I brought al home a meal of marsala beef tips, he is a happy camper.
When I got back home I got a call from my grandson Alex, he and Brandon and Josh wanted to come over to play games with me and grandpa. They came over about 5 pm and stayed until 8:30 we had a wonderful time laughing and playing dominos. They wore their masks the whole time.
Now I am watching an Aurora Teagarden marathon. It was a wonderful Saturday. I hope yours was just as wonderful.

Aurora Teagarden is a series on Hallmark Movies and Mysteries. Aurora is played Candance Cameron Bure and is a mystery-solving librarian.

The eggs and the toast sound good. That is great that you are getting a new deck. I am so glad that Al enjoyed his meal. I like dominos. I am so glad you enjoyed the time with grandson or grandsons.
