Another Two Weeks

United States
March 1, 2021 5:56pm CST
Today, I got a phone call from the nursing home to let me know that two employees tested positive for covid. Next week, we were supposed to be able to go and see him, now it will be another two weeks. Good thing he has a phone, and we are able to drop things off at the door. There's a nurse that take packages, and give them to the patients nurses..

@LadyDuck As long as we can talk in the phone. It is better than no communication at all.

Argh. But it would be safest to do so - and I hope everyone there will be fine. I am glad there are still other ways you can be in contact with him.

I do too. I saw o the news tonight, that some people are known as long haulers, meaning they had covid before, and are still suffering from it. These people are in their 40s.
