I miss lechon

It's roasted pork, usually served in fiestas. i don't even remember the last time I ate it. Must have been more than a year. No restaurant makes deliveries for it nearby, unless you order an entire pig. Hopefully I can eat this again this year. The salty crispy skin and the meat near the belly is just so juicy and delicious.

Oh last New Year we were able to buy a small 1/4 kilo of it since where just a small family. I bought it on a mall nearby that sells chopped ones.

@lady1993 There are many that offer already in malls. You just go to their fast food area and there is usually one or two that offer them.

I think gatherings will be prohibited til the end of the year. But hopefully things will become much better in 6 months.

I am not that fan of lechon but I cannot deny that it is yummy. I just don't know why I am not like others that are really fond of lechon. I like shrimp more than it.
