Earache

You can tell it is Spring. The barometer changes, the pressure changes, and I get earaches or headaches or both. Just little pains. Just enough to let me know to pay attention.
So, I took a benadryl (allergy pill) this morning. It has left me sleepy all day. I even napped on the sofa. That is something I almost never do.
I have not worked too hard today, but all the trash is out for tomorrow. All the dishes for the cats are clean. I also worked on cleaning out my closet floor and organizing some things. That feels like a good accomplishment.
As I said earlier, I did not feel like putting up posts and writing stuff. I have enjoyed visiting with a variety of people here today on their posts.
Perhaps I will have something to say tomorrow.
Meanwhile, I hope you are healthy and taking care of yourself. I wish you pleasant weather and sweet dreams or great days.

I will start wearing masks when I mow. I have plenty of them.

I get headaches whenever the barometric pressure drops, no matter what time of year it is.

I have fewer headaches so far this year. What do you do for yours?

@GardenGerty If it doesn't go away after an hour, I'll take some Tylenol, and if it's really bad I'll lie down and close my eyes, too.

Interesting! We tend to get those pains when it's too cold for us (like if we take a drive up to see the snow). You did get some things done! We are hoping for rain this week - it's in the forecast, but sometimes it just means drops. Sweet dreams to you!!

Maybe changing elevations contributes for you? I slept well, but got up really early.

@much2say We fill old socks with rice and heat those rice bags in the microwave. They are wonderful on many things.

@GardenGerty That may be so. My daughter had a really bad earache coming home from the snow . . . what helped her was a warm towel on the ears! Glad you slept well - that's the the important part!

Don't feel to bad. I can be just as bad sometimes. I'll go days without posting one discussion or doing very little. So if you feel bad, it's okay. We all have days like that. I hope you feel better.

@GardenGerty I find that's the most important part. Having or finding something to enjoy. And, you're welcome.

I feel your pain. We had a lot of rain last week, so the ground is saturated....which is making my sinuses ache as though someone were inside my head, beating them with a sledgehammer.
Hope you get to feeling better!

Thanks for the well wishes. This is minor. It has been a while since we have had rain, but it usually starts up around now.

That is a side effect of many antihistamines. Sometimes we need just that.
