Day 211 Promise 676 Hebrews 10:37 For yet a little while, and he who shall come will come, and will not tarry. We all wait for something. Life is a waiting game. The writer to the Hebrews told them Jesus would return, they only needed to wait. As Christians, Jesus’ return fills our minds and brings hope. We look forward to the day we hear the trumpet sound. Matthew 24:31 And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other. (KJV) 1 Corinthians 15:52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. (KJV) Jesus’ return is a day of rejoicing for all believers. Are you waiting for His return? Let’s pray: Father, help me wait for Jesus’ return with expectation and hope. In Jesus’ name, I pray.
