This weekend in some parts of the united states people will lose an hour sleep and turn their clocks an hour ahead. I know a few states that don,t have daylight savings . I don't even know if other countries follow this time change. For some of us, it will be a longer day for daylight. for others , it does not change. Have a great weekend

We don’t. From the time that i was born until now i could only remember that we had that i think only once or twice in the 80s and no more after that. Our government didn’t find it useful.

Even though you don't do it does it seem like in the summer your days are still longer?

@Metsrock69 Well, it’s summer all year round in this country.

I think some other countries do this, but not necessarily on the weekend we do it in the US.

I did not lose any sleep which is a good thing. Did you wake up earlier than expected?

@Metsrock69 Yeah. They talked about here in Illinois as well, but it didn't pass.
