We arrived home late tonight but i wasn’t tired. Upon arriving i had to check all my plants if they’re all ok since we were away during the weekend. They all look good!
I spent about an hour checking each and everyone for any progress or damage.
Took a shower right after and then came here to Mylot for a few minutes. Turned on my diffuser with my favorite essential oil for relaxation, lavender plus copaiba.
So now i’m already in my pj. Hope everyone’s having a good rest on a Sunday.
See you all tomorrow.

Thank you. ONe is a Himalayan salt lamp, the other is a diffuser i got from young living. They’re awesome.

Thank you Anna. I got it from Young Living. My son has his own in his bedroom and it’s an owl. I make sure i diffuse lavender oil every night for a good night sleep for us.

@LadyDuck yes it has a very pleasant and relaxing scent and i add copaiba to make the effect of lavender even stronger. From the time i started diffusing sentinel oils, my allergic rhinitis attack has lessen.

Oh yes and that happens every weekend. So every Sunday evening when we return home i have to check each and every single one of them.

Helps me to get sleep. I also add copaiba to make the effect of the lavender stronger. But it all depends on the brand of essential oil you get. The quality matters. I've tried other brands before but didn't work for me. I use Young Living essential oil and it's very potent. I have tried their other oils that worked for my stomachache and headache and I could really attest to that so I shared it with friends and they swore by it too.
