Hi guys,
Hope you all are doing good. I think everybody would have kickstarted Monday on a positive note. I am doing good too.
Today 15th March is celebrated as "World Consumer Rights Day". On this day, we can make customers aware about their rights. In today's times, awareness is their and people have become quite vocal about their rights.
If one isn't satisfied with the product or services, apart from going to Consumer Rights Forum, people now use social media like Facebook, Twitter etc to express their views strongly.
Nowadays, no consumer complaint is taken lightly by the manufacturer as there is much competition as well as the brand image of products or services can get tarnished.
Have you used social media for criticising or appreciating products or services?? Do let me know. I have used once to criticize the services and it got heard. Have a good day. Take care.

Consumers are like God these days. Thanks to the various forums and tough competition. I have used social media platforms to criticize one product once and it worked. I was given the compensation.

I had done that on social media several times but was unheard. I was just ranting anyway. When i have serious complaints though, i call the customer hotline and they usually heed my request or apologize for their fault.
