Hi guys, Hope you all are doing good. I am doing good too. I was wondering today about what topic to discuss, then this topic which I am sure everyone can relate i.e. Do you have or are a Favourite Child or Being Treated Equally?? At our place, my mom loves us equally. Sometimes, I feel though that my brother is more close to him. I just want to know how is it at your place from children and parents perspective as in you being children and you being parents how you treat children. Let me know please. Take care!!

I have two brothers and two sisters and i’m the youngest. Yes, there were favoritism. It cannot be avoided. My mom, favored the eldest son and daughter. My father favored me and the second sister. But he loved me most. Nevertheless, they all loved us and they had given us the comfort in life that we enjoyed and most of all, they were all proud of all of us.

My sister is the favorite relative. Although i sometimes think she is the favorite child too. maybe because she is more talkative and approachable.

I treat my own children equally and love them both unconditionally. I am the youngest of three myself but was treated fairly by my parents.

As a mom of 3 kids I try to treat them equally as equally as you anyone can get with three kids. There is always give an take based on age, understanding, and personality. There are times where one is more of a favorite then the others. The kids ask who is your favorite. Normally me and there dad will reply none is our favorite they are all our favorites for different reasons. Like your my favorite daughter or oldest, or your my favorite 8 year old. Haha it drives them crazy because it’s not a real answer.

Parents should treat their children the same, but often this is difficult because children behave differently.

My parents are really strict person, they won't hesitate to punish you if you make a mistake. And it's so scary when they're angry
