It's still raining here all day. My son went to see if the river was full of water, and I have to say that the river is very full, if it continues to fall like this, we may have a problem with flooding. 
We usually have a problem with floods in March or April, but we really shouldn't need that now.

So happy to see the $ sign.
This is our dry season where we don't get much rain. I do hope we get some rain here soon, because we need it to wash away all the pollen that is covering everything.

@Nevena83 Thank you to you for interacting with me. We had a weird day yesterday. It snowed from 7 to 11 in the morning, heavy snow, a few centimeters in 3 hours. Soon after it stopped snowing a bright sun came out and in another 2 hours all the snow had disappeared.

Misty areas close to rivers or bodies of water experience some flooding. March is when we've had it to but shouldn't this year.
Why are you surprised has it been warm enough for your snows to melt there that flooding shouldn't be an issue? Maybe the ground is still frozen.
