I do not have time to cook today despite the time that I supposed to have. So this is our lunch. A left over stir fried ground pork with green beans, carrots and cabbage and toasted bread. Our tummies are full now.

@rakski Gnocchi is not difficult to make, you have to boil potatoes (keeping the skin on). When they are very soft, you peel and you mash until it's smooth. Let it cool down, then add white flour until you have a firm smooth dough. On a floured sourface, make small rolls, cut in 1 cm pieces, let them dry a couple of hours than you boil the gnocchi as you do with pasta, they cook very quickly. I season with a thick tomato sauce and I add Parmesan cheese on top.

Skipped breakfast but had a hearty lunch of chicken curry, grilled chicken, sisig, and rice.
I'm still full up to now.
