Shower at night

I had a long and tiring day. I went to work in the morning and I was busy all the time. In the afternoon I took my daughter to an optometrist appointment, she will try contact lenses. I did some groceries shopping too. I got home late but luckily my mom did dinner for us too, spaghetti Bolognese, my kids love it.

My mom is the best

Now I am going to take a shower before going to bed, it usually helps me to relax and during winter I prefer to shower at night, the house have a good temperature and I don't need to get up earlier. Then I will go straight to bed, I can barely have my eyes open right now. How was your day? Do you prefer to shower at night or in the morning?

I like to take a shower in the morning and a warm bath in the evening, a bath helps more to relax.

@nela13 I take a quick shower in the morning before dressing up, but I like to warm up in a bath tub in winter. In summer I take a shower even before going to sleep.

@LadyDuck it has been years since the last time I had a bath tub, it is quite good but with my busy life a shower is more practical.

Most people prefer it in the morning. In the summer I usually take a shower in the morning and at evening too.

I would only shower in the morning or around 7 to 8 pm in the evening. Unless I am sweating or dirty, I won't take a shower at night. I'll have trouble to go to sleep if I do that.

@nela13 I do that all year round. We are so used to it that we don’t feel clean unless we shower. Considering how hot and humid this country is, I find it odd that people don’t shower twice a day. Even more so in the summer season.

I will shower in the morning, but if I come home at night after a day of activities, of course I will take a shower, because maintaining body hygiene is the same as maintaining health.
