Hi guys,
Hope you all are doing good. I am doing good too. It's often said by doctors to get 7-8 hours of proper sleep. In our fast paced lives, many a times, it isn't possible because of which health suffers.
Today 19th March is celebrated as "World Sleep Day". Let's celebrate it by taking enough sleep today lol

On a serious note, sleep cycle is very important for our body. Lack of sleep/ sleeping disorders makes one anxious and it leads to health problems.
Personally speaking, I take good 6-7 hours of sleep daily because of which our health is good as body functions properly as it gets enough rest.

@didinedhia I have been up for hours working. My husband works all night away from home as well so I work while he is gone too.

I have very irregular sleep patterns maybe it's because I almost never had an 8 to 5 job almost my entire life, I work ( or read or study or tinker with things etc..) when I like to work and sleep when I feel tired anyway happy sleep day to all the rest.
