Not Lucky with the raffle

I mentioned earlier in my other post that I attended a virtual assembly conducted by the people of the cooperative where I joined. The registration began at 7 in the morning and I had set my alarm so that I can register early. Who knows a prize waiting for the early birds. After I posted my name at the comment box, I noticed that I was the 18th participants in the list. The proper program started at 9 and before that there were raffle games conducted and prizes are given to lucky winners. There were also trivia asked and the prizes were higher than the raffle. I was not lucky with the raffle. As for the trivia questions, I blame it to my slow internet connection because my answer can't really make to the number one spot. At the end of the program another raffle and trivia asking done but I'm still not lucky to win.
Are you lucky with raffle draws?

No. I don't have that git but my sister - she always won in raffles. She won a flat screen TV, a bracelet, a basket of grocery... hehehehe.

Never that’s why i don’t buy lottery tickets. I know I’d never win in any raffle draw or game of chance.

@ZedSmart I’m not sorry actually. I just don’t believe in such things. So I never tried my luck in such. But i have won some stuff on instagram from my planner group and the shops that i have bought items from when they have a giveaway. But it’s not really a raffle that i actually joined.

@toniganzon Not joining though when I need to pay for the ticket. But like this, when they just pick the winner from the registered participants at no cost then it's OK. If my name will be drawn a winner, that would be a surprise. I did bet few times in the lottery but I never make it as regular habit because the chances are really slim. As some people says, the chances of a person to be hit by lightning are more than the chances of winning the lottery.
