The Versatile Milk

Every one takes milk in some form or the other. We have curds also known yoghurt, butter milk, butter, ghee, lassi, whey, cottage cheese...and all this is just giving milk some kind of treatment.
- You get curds by adding a bit of sour lime to milk
- Churning curds or cream produces butter
- Butter when heated turns into ghee
- What is left after butter is extracted is butter milk
- Lassi is beating curds with water either adding salt or sugar
- Cottage cheese is draining curds through a muslin cloth
- The liquid after producing cottage cheese is called whey
All the above variations are just milk giving it a different treatment. Which of othe variations do you like?

Just straight milk, maybe blended with strawberries.

@allknowing It is if the strawberries are frozen. Just wonderful strawberry milk if they are not.

I like curd and ghee more. I like pure milk too in which there is no water added.

Not types of milk but with some method the milk can be changed to the types I have listed.

I love yoghurt and I like drinking full cream milk. Butter and cheese are also my favorites.
