someone who doesn't use deodorant

While I was putting on deodorant, i remembered a co-worker of mine who said she never uses it. She just washes her underarm every day and it actually doesn't smell bad. Quite lucky~ since I know deodorants can darken your underarm. Dad uses baking soda, and I use 'tawas' sometimes.

I never use deodrant. But yes I wash my underarms once in a week with baking soda. I never felt the need to use. I maintain the regular hygiene..Also I have a very sensitive skin to deodrant.

@lady1993 It does. It's antibacterial and works well for fungal infections too. I use it with vinegar and soap solution to clean my fridge and kitchen shelves. Keeps bad odour away. Keeping a bowl of baking powder covered with thin cloth is one corner of fridge keeps it fresh and free if odour. You can change that once in 40 days

I use deodorant every single day after taking a shower. I do not think I smell but I'd rather be sure than sorry.

When I was young I also do not use deodorants since I am allergic to strong scents that deodorants have. But as I grow older I was forced since those traditional ones have become ineffective on me. I sweat a lot so the effect on my underarm is really strong during those times.

There are really those who can get away without using deodorants and they do not smell at all even when they sweat. The blessed ones haha I use natural deo spray. I only wear deodorant when going out, at home I don’t.
