What did you have for lunch today?

I didn't have to work today, so I did an errand or two, practiced some guitar (I was sloppy for some reason, but know what I have to improve) and chatted with a couple of friends on the phone.
My photo is (as usual) deceptive. I had leftover corned beef and cabbage for a couple of days after my friends and I held a small St. Patrick's Day celebration. But today I had a glorified TV dinner: Stouffer's turkey with stuffing and mashed potatoes.
Now I'm off to take some ground balls off of the handball court at a nearby school. Last Summer there was no City League softball. We'll see if they open it up this year. I'll have my second Covid shot in a week.

sadly yesterday was conference call day, i ended up having a really quick salad. (dump lettuce in bowl, add dressing, run back to conference call)

@TheHorse mostly internal calls. One customer call that was very fun. the rest were just boring work calls.

I made a cheese and ham grilled sandwich but now, fir dinner I have a delicious soup made with meatballs and veggies.

We had a LATE lunch. The kids and I went hiking, so on our way back we stopped off at TJs to pick out whatever they wanted to heat up for lunch. Daughter picked out frozen mac and cheese . . . son picked out frozen tempura shrimp . . . and I ate whatever they didn't finish

The corned beef and cabbage looks yummy! I've had Stouffer's frozen dinner before, they are pretty good:) Today for lunch I ate Swiss cheese and two slices of toast/honey. Coffee is always my favorite drink.

I had some beef and veggie soup on hand that needed to be eaten. Paired it with grilled cheese on rye and kraut and pickles on the side.
