Looks like another Lockdown again

Here we go again. Looks like people haven't learn from last year and now were on another quarantine. Usually if it's time for it you will hear a loud siren and i thought all this time it was a fire truck. We had two days of panic buying but much of the things I bought was for the dogs.
I just hope my quarantine pass still counts unless they provide us with a new one. for now, it's onl for a week.

A week isn't so bad. They may need to issue a pass or whatever that is, for those who need it. Wishing you the best of luck.

You got the opening statement right. People haven't learned from last year. And they kept putting all the blame on the government! Not that the government has not any shortcomings, but if the people insist on going out, with or without quarantine, the virus will just always find new bodies to jump to every single day!
BTW, the news says, the Barangay officials of the affected areas are ordered to go house to house to give the new quarantine passes

Sadly, some of those people are medical personnel which had been put so much work on them. Oh no, this means my last years Quarantine Pass is no longer valid? Good thing I still have the air purifier with me every time i go out.

Yes.. sad reality. In India, the number of cases was around 10K or below by early March. Just when it looked that things would improve, we have a big resurgence again.
81k cases yesterday - biggest in five months and well we seemed to have got back by many months.
And people themselves are to be blamed although some of the center and state Government policies too are to be blamed.
