Agreement or court ?!

Good day friends
I was riding my bike today and I calmed down a bit, thanks to everyone who thought of me.
Some know it’s Helen’s birthday today, so I sent a message to my brother to call me when he comes home from kindergarten to congratulate her. At around 6 pm, her mother called me, so I only saw her briefly.
A summons arrived for my son today. For those who do not know what it is about, I will leave a link to the post. 14.4. he should appear in court, but they gave him the possibility of an agreement at the police station, which I think is great, because then no criminal proceedings are initiated. I will consult with the husband of one of my friends, who knows everything in the police, so I will see what is best.
Have you ever had to go to court? I hope everyone is fine.
Good day friends I’m not in the best of moods today, so I’m not sure how active I’ll be here. Basically, today my son was stopped by the intervention police....

I answered on your other post. I think the best thing you can hope for is that you make a deal to purchase insurance instead of paying the fine..but someone is going to have to get a job there. There must be somewhere to work or something to do. A few dollars on mylot isn't going to help that much..can you son do chores or other work for money for some of your neighbors?

@Nevena83 Your son should be taking responsibiity for this too. He is no longer a child. He can work part time even if he is still in school. What is he going to do with his life?

@snowy22315 You're right. Honestly, I don't know, he has no interests and that drives me crazy.

I still don't know what the fine will be, even if he agrees with the police, but I will have the money to pay it, because we collected money to buy him cars, so some of that money will cover that fine. Yes, I need more money, more precisely a job that will bring me safe money every month.

You are probably right, but here a man told me that the police will surely write a sentence for him, and allegedly in court there may be a possibility to release him, because he is young and has no previous offenses, but that again depends on the court.
