Lockdown in Maharashtra, India - Probably??!!

Hi guys, Hope you all are doing good. I am doing good too. There are talks going around of Maharashtra going under lockdown. It isn't finalised yet. A review meeting of CM will take place on 2nd April for the same. Cases have risen in Mumbai on a large scale. On Friday itself, 40,000 new cases were registered on a single day. To control the rising cases, government might declare a lockdown in the state. I really feel if each and every person takes responsibility of themselves by undertaking all precautions like wearing masks, maintaining social distancing and using sanitizer, then there won't be any need to take such drastic steps by the government.
