Because I forgot that today was a really important holiday and as a strong advocate for Trans rights, I really had to do something and also express how much trans and non-binary people need to be better portrayed in mass media. So hey, it is Trans Day of Visibility. Which is such an important holiday, to celebrate what the community has done and to spread awareness of what still needs to be done in order to help Trans Lives and Trans Rigths. I am not Trans, but I am an ally, and I have known many people who are transgender and non-binary. many people I grew up with are all sides of the spectrum for LGBT+ In Choco Ichigo when it was first created, I knew that my characters were going to develope into something different than how I original created them. Two characters that I am showing today have developed, not extremely, but enough to be like...Yeah that is a change. Aidan, the one holding the Blue, white and pink ice cream cone, She had the most development of the two. When I first created Aidan, they were a bisexual male, then a few years ago I was tinkering around thinking...Well maybe they are gender fluid, and I tried writing them as such and it wasn't fitting with the character. So said...Okay, but what if, and then made Her a trans female. And, it just fit so well like a puzzle piece. So finally, with Aidan's development she is a trans female with the pronouns of she/her, and she is bisexual. Puddin, I always intended as a female, but never the feminine female. Yeah, sure, she wore dresses sometimes, but not like her friends. The more and more I worked with Puddin, it just didn't seem like Just saying Female worked for her. Puddin is such an interesting character and I feel they are so much more than just a She. So this year I started playing around and calling Puddin, they more than I said she, and it felt right, it felt comfortable. And Thus, Puddin is non-binary, with the pronouns of they/she, it is fine to still say Puddin as she, however it needs to be respected that Puddin is non-binary. Also, Puddin is demisexual. And there we have it. A little bit more information of my characters who I love oh so dearly. Representation is so important when it comes to being a creator. For a while, shows, books, movies, it was just so washed out. But now that we are having more LGBT+ characters, more BiPOC characters, and so much more, it is spreading the awareness and I love it. So yeah, there you have it! Okay, love you, byyyeee

@DesirousDreamer As it was "Holy Thursday" we all were focused on the religious celebration.

As long as you're happy with it, that's all that really should matter.

Oh so there is such a day. I never knew. I guess it’s because we don’t have that here. Is this a digital drawing?
