Are you aware that marshmallows are good for your bones?

I am so bored living alone for oveer a year that I Google everything. And I mean EVERYTHING! So today I started eating those awesome mini marshmallows I bought yesterday. Although I´m sure the sure is not good for many, I´m sure that now they make marshmallows for diabetics. But the other ingredients are egg whites and colagen. They take the colagen from bone gelatin. I am now studying food good for arthritis. I will not be able to reach a doctor expert in old age now. They are all into the covid. At least here. So, marshmallows, folks. Or head cheese or a cow´s feet cheese if you like that. I do.

I'll have to do a test run and eat marshmallows for a month - see if it works ! Well, the sugar I could really do without though . . . I wonder if there is any such thing as unsweetened marshmallows .

I´m not vegetarian or vegan (although I´m eating less meat that what I used to) But I am aware that now I need sources of collagen. Seniors and collagen don´t go together.

It is my first time to hear that. In the past I just knew milk would be the best for bones Now at least the children have a good reason to eat more marshmallows

I think I'll pass on the head cheese and cow's feet cheese. The only time I eat marshmallows are in Rice Krispie Treats; and it's been decades since I've had those. Have a good Easter.
